Returns Policy
Stock Items:
If you are not happy with your cue even if it's not faulty, we can exchange or refund the purchase price, postage both ways will be the responsibility of the customer. You have 7 days to contact the shop to discuss options and return the cue, after this period no returns will be accepted
It should go without saying that all items will be inspected before any refund or exchange takes place and all cues must in original condition, undamaged and in their original packaging. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange a suitably insured courier service
We reserve the right to ask for a copy of the receipt or the receipt/order number
Custom Items:
Altered and/or customised items of any kind are not eligible for return unless faulty
We cannot offer returns on custom made and bespoke items unless faulty. It is the responsibility of the customer to order and provide the correct specs
Faulty Items:
If an item is found to be faulty we can either send a replacement or refund once the item is received back and inspected
Pre-Loved Items:
While the majority of our cues are new we do have some very nice pre-loved (user/second hand/pre owned) cues for sale. This is made clear on the product page. All pre-loved cues are cleaned & refurbished and brought up to a good standard, with tips and ferrules replaced where necessary. As with any used item the buyer should expect potential signs of use/wear and tear and we will always try and make sure that there are good images showing condition. All pre-loved cues are sold as seen and if you are in any doubt please view in store or give us a call. No returns will be accepted for pre-loved cues
